We recommend 2–4 weeks for local and 4–6 weeks for long distance. We also accommodate same-day moves when crews are available.

Yes. All moves include basic carrier liability at no charge. For full replacement value, add our Premium Coverage add-on for $109.

Do you charge extra for stairs or elevators?

Up to 2 flights included free. 3+ flights or special equipment may incur a small surcharge — always disclosed upfront in your quote.

Can I change my move date after booking?

You can reschedule free up to 48 hours before your move. Changes within 48 hours may incur a small rebooking fee depending on availability.

What items can't you move?

Accepted Answer

For safety, we can't transport hazardous materials, perishable food, or live plants across state lines. Everything else — we've got it.

How does payment work?

Deposit at booking (applied to total), balance due on move day. We accept all major cards, ACH, and certified checks.
