1. Consent to Receive SMS

- Transactional: Quote confirmations, booking confirmations, move-day reminders, schedule changes, driver arrival updates
- Service-related: Follow-up on your quote request, moving tips, post-move check-in
- Promotional: Special offers, seasonal discounts, referral programs (only if you opted in to marketing messages)
3. Message Frequency
- Transactional messages: As needed based on your booking status
- Service follow-ups: Up to 3 messages per quote request
- Promotional messages: No more than 4 per month
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
4. How to Opt Out

5. How to Re-Subscribe
If you previously opted out and wish to receive messages again, you can text START or YES to our number, or re-submit your information through our website with the SMS consent checkbox checked.
6. Quiet Hours
We respect your time. We will not send text messages:
- Before 8:00 AM or after 9:00 PM in your local time zone
- On federal holidays (for promotional messages)
Transactional messages related to same-day moves or urgent scheduling changes may be sent outside these windows at your request.
7. Your TCPA Rights
Under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and related FCC regulations:

- We will honor your opt-out request immediately
